The suggested represents a visionary initiative, perfectly aligned with Fintech & Monty’s & multi-vertical, fintech-driven ecosystem. This initiative holds immense value, notably in the following ways: It introduces a unified platform for financial services, seamlessly integrating Fintech & Monty’s suite of offerings (digital wallets, digital lending, payment gateways, and eSIM...) and effectively covering the customer’s entire digital financial journey. The multi-layered structure opens numerous monetization pathways, creating a resilient business model with a variety of revenue sources. While primarily a B2C initiative, it also strategically positions us as through Monty as a B2B enabler—offering Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions for merchants and large enterprises, unlocking new partnerships and growth avenues. Leveraging our European entity, we can become a key player in the remittance corridor from Europe to Syria, capturing a significant share of this vital flow.
However, the regulatory environment for each vertical presents distinct challenges, particularly given the lagging digital financial services framework in Syria. The market is underserved and ripe with potential. And we are ready to invest to create the proper laws and regulations and legal framework and we are ready for all the API integration hurdles that we may face. With a clear strategy, disciplined phased implementation, unwavering execution, and alignment across stakeholders, this initiative can unlock far-reaching impact— driving financial inclusion across Syria and the broader Levant region.
